《2013香港小姐競選決賽》昨晚揭曉，一如外界所預測的由22歲陳凱琳奪冠，她還同時拿下「旅遊大使獎」、「最受傳媒歡迎獎」及「最上鏡小姐」成四料港姐冠軍，而第2名為15號葉思貝、季軍則是6號的劉佩玥。
本屆港姐計分方式，一半由香港市民及星級選民選出，一半分數由林峯及鍾嘉欣等5位大會評審評分，最後在佳麗面前公布每位的票數，所有票數一目了然，相當殘忍。冠軍陳凱琳獲觀眾票數達171,478票，比第2位蔡思貝的110,006票，多出逾6萬票。評審分數陳凱琳亦以29.45分贏蔡思貝21.29分，總成績陳凱琳以61.51分狠甩蔡思貝41.86分，順利登上冠軍寶座。

22歲的陳凱琳為大學畢業生，身高162公分，三圍30-22-33，體重僅39公斤，一直被指太瘦，胸太平，但卻在決賽泳裝彩排時，原本還得墊胸墊才有30吋，忽然一夜之間長大，平胸擠出事業線，連網友都直呼太神奇！
陳凱琳也曾有整容傳聞，隨即拿出童年照澄清。昨晚她表現平穩，曾志偉問她是富家女一事，笑她聲稱住5000呎大房屋只是中產家庭，她強調豪宅是奶奶住，並非富貴人家，最重要心中富有，而她的志向是成為電視節目主持人及成功藝人。
